BTW, when I exit out of the system and go back in, it will ask me if I want to Continue Local Sketch, and this is in essence how I "save" what I'm working on? Don't want to lose all my hard work.

I just came back in to say that I think this is exactly the problem. Sorry for the distraction.

BTW, I want to make sure that I save the sketch I'm working on because I see that I don't have any saved sketches.

How do I save, please?

After selecting certain text, the Edit option disappears.

As per the attached, when I Select "1st Flr Main M3b 1440 SF" the Edit option is there, but when I select "1st Flr Main M5 1440 SF" the Edit option disappears ...
