Virtual Graph Paper

Would dashed lines be a strange thing to suggest? I usually use VGP for drawing out floorplans of pre-existing Sims houses (for personal Sims building purposes) and I've tried drawing the dashes manually, but it's not very practical...

I've added basic support for dashed lines. I'm going to improve it in the future but I hope it's already somewhat useful!
